Hafso musah is a sponsored child in Gupanarigu community and live with her both parents who are subsistence farmers and in a traditional compound of more than fifteen (15) people. Hafso Musah is a student and has the desire to further her education. The decision of Hafso Musah furthering her education has always been with lot of financial adversities. It was always difficult for her to pay for her elementary school needs and fees as a result, she was often discourage to be regular and active in school but her little determination kept her striving for her education. Moreover, this struggle continued until a miracle came her way through the sponsorship program when she unexpectedly received Child Designated Gift (CDG) from her sponsor amounting to GH¢700.00 as her first time experience in receiving CDG. This amount that was received has become a great testimony circulating within the household and the entire family. It became a testimony to the family because that was the same period Hafso Musah had just completed her elementary school level and was about to pay for her Senior High School entry fees which could not have been possible without this amount of CDG that was received. Hafso Musah is now in her level 2 in Senior High School and doing well due to subsequent CDGs that she has also received from her sponsor.
